Bailies Coffee - "Finca Teanzul, meaning "High Ground", is a renowned coffee estate in Guatemala's Santa Rosa region. Established in 1880 and managed by the Boppel family for four generations, the farm sits between 1,372 and 1,635 metres above sea level in a unique volcanic landscape sheltered by the Sierra Madre mountains. This exceptional terroir helps produce coffees celebrated for their complexity, sweetness and clarity. Grown in Guatemala's Nuevo Oriente region, near the borders of Honduras and El Salvador, this coffee benefits from rich volcanic soils, high elevations and an ideal coffee-growing climate."
