Casa Coffee Roasters - "The Coffee The Quetzal, an iconic bird of Mexico whose Nahuatl name means “beautiful, radiant feather,” lends its name to this batch of coffee, harvested by 24 communities in Region VI Frailesca and the Sierra Mariscal, traversed by the Sierra Madre mountain range in Chiapas. This coffee benefits from the unique microclimates of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, where the Quetzal bird soars and makes its home. The plantations, located between 1,200 and 1,800 meters above sea level, are grown in polycultures that offer significant environmental, social, and economic benefits."
