Tasting notes Strawberry - Raspberry - Caramel This lot comes from farmers in the Halo Beriti kebele, Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, with farms sitting between 2150–2250m. Cherries are purchased locally, sorted, floated, and naturally processed at Ephtah Coffee's 3.5-hectare site in Lalesa — dried on African raised beds over 12–15 days with no added fermentation. The coffee is mcomposed of indigenous heirloom varieties, harvested October through January, supported by up to 250 seasonal workers and shaded by traditional Enset trees, which aid soil health and biodiversity."
