Mahers Pure Coffee - "This coffee originates from the Sierra Nevada region of Colombia. The unique high-altitude climate of this area produces coffees with distinct characteristics and complex flavour profiles. This is a fermented natural process from which this coffee uses to dry is what allows these intense and fruit-forward flavors to develop, making it such an interesting and tasting coffee. They are then mechanically died for 5 days, until reaching 10% moisture content.  We have roasted this coffee to be best suited as a filter coffee and its best flavours can be found using an Aeropress! It has rich aromas of dark chocolate and cherries to tantalise your tastebuds."
