Norfolk Pig Coffee - "Sourced from the fertile volcanic slopes of the Ijen mountain in East Java, Java Bayukidul Estate Grade 1 Coffee is a fine washed Arabica with exceptional character. Grown on a 100 hectare estate nestled among clove and sugar cane farms, this coffee benefits from rich soils, high altitudes and a long growing season. Cultivated at elevations between 1,100 and 1,600 metres, the Typica variety beans are carefully harvested between May and September to ensure optimal flavour. The result is a medium bodied coffee with full flavour and a superb spicy background that sets it apart."
