Grown at altitudes between 800 and 1400 metres above sea level, these beans develop depth and structure in the warm, humid climate of Java. The lower mountain elevation allows the coffee to build body and richness, rather than sharp acidity, making it beautifully smooth and comforting in the cup. Unlike fresh crop coffees that are shipped soon after harvest, Old Brown coffee follows a much slower path."
