OLD SPIKE ROASTERY - "Cerro Datanlí–El Diablo Natural Reserve, located between Matagalpa and Jinotega, is a striking mountainous landscape where coffee grows along steep slopes beneath a lush cloud forest. Surrounded by rich biodiversity, birds and butterflies move through the trees, shaping a truly unique environment. The name Datanlí comes from an indigenous word meaning “where water falls,” reflecting the many streams that originate in these mountains and nourish farms below.
