OLD SPIKE ROASTERY - "This coffee is produced in an Indigenous Reserve, Munchique Los Tigres in Santander de Quilichao, home to the Nasa people, whose cosmovision shapes life and production. This worldview sees territory as a living being, where rivers, mountains, and forests are sacred guardians.  Coffee farming reflects this philosophy. The association Nasa Pkakjera Uss Ya Txnxisa (NAPUY), joined CENCOIC in 2012, and has grown from 39 families to 232 producers and now operates its own warehouse, giving the community greater control over the supply chain."
