OLD SPIKE ROASTERY - "Over 22 years ago, Elizabete Martins and her family began their journey in commerce in Serra do Salitre, Minas Gerais. Even with a successful business, their passion for coffee spoke louder, a calling that led them to acquire Fazenda Cachoeira do Campo, a 40 hectare property and the beginning of their dream to produce high quality coffee.   Through hard work and determination, the project has grown to encompass three farms and 110 hectares of coffee plantations. The experience gained in retail has proven key to turning purpose into results, combining management, dedication and love for coffee growing."
