Hermosa

OLD SPIKE ROASTERY - "A syrupy, full cup with ripe pear and frangipane, rich apricot jam sweetness, and a smooth, clean finish with low bitterness. Hermosa comes from Coope Dota, a cooperative of around 1,100 producers in Santa María de Dota, in the heart of Costa Rica’s Tarrazú region. It was founded in 1960 by 96 producers. It blends honey and washed lots from farms across the cooperative, including Punta Roja, run by fourth-generation producer Luis Enrique Agüero Elizondo, all grown between 1,500 and 2,600 metres."
