Redemption Roasters - "Finca San Ramón sits within the Dipilto mountain range, marking a nature reserve by the Honduras border. Sitting at 1,300 - 1,600 metres above sea level, varieties of Pacamara, Catuai, and Maragogype are grown, harvested, and washed here by third-generation producer Donald Efraín Roque. You can expect indulgent notes of pistachio and white chocolate, finished with a subtle lift of green apple."
