Root and Branch - "Process: Natural Notes: Blackberry, Parma Violet Spring is in the air, and we are launching the perfect coffee to celebrate; Musaza Lot 3 from Rwanda. Musaza means “elder” in Kinyarwanda — a word that carries weight, reverence, and a deep sense of respect in Rwanda’s national language. This lot was processed at Rwamatamu’s Mbare washing station in Muhanga, Southern Province — a region known for its steady climate and careful craft. After harvest, whole cherries are laid out on raised beds, where they’re dried slowly under the Rwandan sun."
