The Coffee Factory - "A natural single origin from the Rwenzori Mountains of Uganda, grown by smallholder farmers in the Kasese region at altitudes between 1,200 and 2,000 metres. Situated just north of Lake George, the area benefits from fertile soils, plentiful rainfall and ideal conditions for specialty arabica — though decades of political upheaval have only recently allowed the region to reach its potential.This DRUGAR (Dried Ugandan Arabica) lot is double hand-picked, with cherries sorted twice at the drying tables before drying on raised beds until optimum moisture levels are reached."
