Wogan Coffee - "You may have noticed that according to supply, throughout the year we alter between Organic Fairtrade Honduras and Organic Fairtrade Peru - this is due to crop availability and quality, so that we can ensure you are getting a consistent Organic, Fairtrade & Rainforest Alliance speciality coffee from Latin America. So we thought we would create this new product for your ease!  We chose these two coffees because of their very similar flavour and roast profiles, SCA scores and price. We will always let you know here, and on the label, whether it is currently Peruvian or Honduran!  A clean and smooth coffee, with bright acidity and mellow body."
