Anonymous Coffee - "40% Honduras, washed 40% Brazil, pulped 20% Papua New Guinea, washed   Variety: Various mixed   Rich & full bodied with a soft sweetness and a hint of spice. Dark chocolate, tobacco, demarara sugar, roasted nuts, dark fruit, soft spice Intense and full bodied coffee, similar to a traditional espresso profile but smoother and with less bitterness, designed to be brewed as espresso.   Fernwood blend was born of a desire to be able to enjoy a full bodied, traditional style espresso without the harsh bitter and over roast notes found in so many of them, and boy are we happy with the results! This blend is unusual compared to our other coffees in that it contains some speciality, or fine robusta."
