This is a light-roasted coffee with a wonderfully expressive cup, offering forest fruits and delicate white-wine character, with the natural processing adding extra depth and sweetness. It is particularly enjoyable as an espresso, where its fruit-forward character really comes alive, and also makes an exceptional flat white."
