Cartwheel Coffee Roasters - "This lot comes from Huila, in the southern Andean region of Colombia, and is grown at altitudes of 1,500–2,100 masl. Farmers in this region typically manage small plots of around 2 hectares. After processing, coffee is delivered to Cofinet’s warehouse in Huila, where it is carefully assessed and graded to meet quality requirements. Since 2016, farmers working with Cofinet have benefited from support in implementing improved farming practices, enabling them to increase incomes by selling their coffee at higher premiums, often around 20% above market price."
