Cobbled Roaster - "Process : Washed Cupping Notes : Raspberry, Cherry Cola & Jasmine Grown in the highlands of Kirimbi in Rwanda’s Nyamasheke District at 1600–1850 meters, Karengera is a washed coffee with a vibrant and refined profile. This lot is produced by 11 smallholder farmers who deliver the coffee cherries to Karengera washing station. Farms here are small, about 610 trees on average. The volcanic soil is nutrient rich and this, combined with high altitudes of 1,500 to 2,000 meters above sea level, provides ideal conditions for cultivating specialty coffee."
