Expect bright rosehip, delicate elderflower florals, and a soft, caramel-like sweetness of panela. Fernando is a social activist whose work has supported community efforts opposing dam projects that threatened local livelihoods and environments. He and Alejandra have built a resilient farm model through training in crop diversification, growing fruit alongside coffee to strengthen long-term stability."
