Within it, Alta Mogiana is especially respected for its rolling terrain, elevated plateaus, and rich red soils, all of which provide excellent conditions for producing high-quality Arabica coffee. Grown at altitudes of around 900 to 1,200 metres, coffees from this region are known for their natural sweetness, rounded body, and balanced acidity."
