Potterbeans - "Fazenda Palmital is located in Cabo Verde, in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, and after being acquired by Carlos Augusto's grandfather in the 1920s. The family work closely with a team of loyal professionals, who have a generational relationship with the farm and are focused on Carlos' philosophy to always do everything with the utmost level of love and attention, which results in a high quality and consistent product. Due to the altitude and characteristics of the land, the entire farm is handpicked; during the busy harvest season there 120 people working on the farm, and only 50 during the off-season."
