This marks the fourth year of our partnership. Last year we spoke with Rubio about the story behind the farm. He explained to us that part of the land was inherited from his father, while the rest he has gradually purchased and expanded over the years. Rubio has worked on perfecting his coffee processing techniques and is especially grateful for the guidance and experience shared by his neighbours at Finca El Derrumbo, owned by the Reyes family, just down the road."
