Castillo is one of Colombia’s most widely grown coffee varieties, developed to resist coffee leaf rust while adapting well to the country’s diverse growing conditions.  Beyond coffee, the farm integrates other crops such as bananas, papayas, mandarins, and guavas, supporting both household consumption and additional income."
