It’s absolutely fabulous espresso for those that prefer a more traditional approach to brewing under pressure. In terms of tasting notes, there is a pleasant bitterness, however you like to brew. There are orange notes, but it’s like marmalade. Chocolate, sure - but with high cocoa content. Occasionally we’ll pick up a hint of something like molasses or bonfire toffee, but it’s also easy to find a honey sweetness running through the coffee."
