It has incredible taste notes of chocolate and caramel, ensuring our non-caffeinated friends never have to compromise on flavour.  If you're into the nerd stuff (which we absolutely are), this decaffeination process utilises a natural by-product of sugarcanes known as ethyl acetate. The process uses the natural direct-solvent by first steaming the beans to open their pores, then rinse them in ethyl acetate repeatedly to remove the caffeine."
