Kickback Coffee Roasting Co - "Honey Collective is sourced from a curated group of smallholder farmers in Santa Bárbara, Honduras, where the average farm size is just 2.5 hectares. This marks our first ever honey processed Parainema from the region. The honey process removes the skin of the coffee cherry while leaving a layer of sweet mucilage on the bean during drying. Creating a cup with the fruit-forward sweetness of natural processing and the clarity of washed coffee. Expect roasted hazelnut aromatics, delicate florals, syrupy sweetness and a dark chocolate finish."
