Kings Heath Coffee - "Rotating Single Origin (limited stock!)   Light Roast  Stone fruits, ripe mango, citrus This rare Maragogype variety coffee is from a single farm in Mexico's Chiapas region and delivers an exceptionally clean and vibrant cup. We have roasted it light to preserve clarity, fruitiness and origin character. The beans have a cup score of 87, currently the highest in our range. The Maragogype variety is unusually large and often overlooked by producers because of its relatively low yields. These beans are produced by Don Ezequiel Diaz and processed to maximise character and fruit-forward flavour."
