Sourced from numerous smallholder farmers across the high-altitude growing regions of Chanchamayo, Villa Rica, Pichanaki, and Satipo, the cherries are grown between 1,200 and 2,400 masl before being washed and then decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, a chemical-free method that uses pure water from the glaciers of Pico de Orizaba in Mexico to gently strip caffeine while preserving the coffee's origin character."
