We like to enjoy this coffee in a cafetiere, the following recipe makes 2 cups! 32g Medium ground coffee 500ml 93-95 degree water Stir and leave to brew for 3 minutes with the plunger out Swirl the coffee vigorously making sure all of the coffee at the top start to sink Let it sit for another 3 minutes Plunge half way making sure you don't disturb the grounds at the bottom."
