Machina Coffee - "Sweet & Smooth Recommended recipe Our optimum recipe Happy Capybara is our new sugarcane processed decaf coffee and it's tasting amazing. It's insanely sweet and works great served either black or white.  Our current recipe for this decaf is: 17g (Dose) 36g (Yield) 32 (Seconds) As an espresso it is fairly forgiving and flexible in recipe, so if you are a little too short or long, you will still get a great tasting shot.  That said, the closer you can get to this recipe the better it will be. This is being prepared on a La Marzocco Linea PB set at 96c on the brew boiler."
