Microroastery - "The Flavour Profile There's something special about a light roast Kenya coffee, and Toroton is no exception. Grown by the smallholder farmers of the Toroton Farmers' Cooperative Society in the Nandi Hills, this single origin coffee bursts with cranberry, blackberry and grapefruit, rounded off with a honeycomb sweetness that lingers long after the last sip. It's the kind of cup that makes you sit up and pay attention. Grown above 1,800 metres, the cherries here mature slowly in cool highland conditions, and that slow ripening is exactly what builds this coffee's complexity — the higher the altitude, the denser the bean, and the denser the bean, the brighter and more layered the flavour."
