OLD SPIKE ROASTERY - "Our House Espresso is a blend created to offer to our customers a coffee with character, versatile, easy to drink in any way and at any time of the day thanks to its sweet notes, medium body and slightly acidic aftertaste. Brazil and Nicaragua are the origins selected for this blend, taking in the most distinct notes from every origin. From Nicaragua we source El Diablo, in the mountains of Nicaragua. Most of the growers of El Diablo community are medium-sized farmers with more than 20 hectares of land, growing other crops for consumption besides coffee."
