Saints of Mokha - "A regional expression of Risaralda, our decaf brings together coffees from smallholder producers and preserves their character through a natural sugarcane process, delivering full flavour without compromise. This Decaf draws on coffee from three core producers - Asocafe Tatama Santuario, El Aguila, and Entreverdes. All of these coffees are brought together in Santuario, where they are blended and prepared for milling. The result is a coffee that represents Risaralda as a whole rather than any single farm or micro-lot, creating a true expression of the region's collective character."
