Skylark Coffee - "We’ve had delicious chocolatey decafs for a while, as well as the occasional fruity decaf. This is our first time offering a decaf that fits into our ‘green’ category of floral and citrusy coffees, and it's a delight! We're picking up vibrant notes of orange and apple along with sweet Coco Pops. It's an absolute pleasure to drink any time of day. This coffee is from Siruma, one of our key long-term partners in Colombia via our importer Falcon. Siruma was founded five years ago with the mission of partnering with underserved farming communities in Cauca, Caldas, and Tolima."
