Three Fools Coffee - "A beautiful medium roast coffee hailing from the Dipilto region of Nicaragua. This coffee boasts tasting notes of milk chocolate, caramel and walnut. Region - Dipilto Farm - Los Cipreses, San Jose and Las Nubes Variety - Catuarra, Catimnor Process - Washed Altitude - 1300m Roast  - Medium Luna Llena is a Bridazul ‘signature’ lot coming from three farms located within a 10 km radius of El Arbol: Los Cipreces, San José and Las Nubes. This triangle of farms grow caturra and catuai at similar altitudes, giving this batch great uniformity and ease of roasting."
