This coffee is named after them – Timana. A rich and balanced espresso with flavour notes of plum, molasses, turkish delight and barley. If you enjoy your coffee with milk, look out for flavours turning to dried fig, toast and a lingering fudge taste. This is a great coffee for filter too with an interesting combination of flavour notes ranging from plum, white grape and a hint of lemon."
