200 Degrees - "A single-origin, washed Christmas coffee from Kenya. ----- Our latest African release comes from Kenya, bringing with it the classic and distinct flavour profile everyone has got to love. This coffee is grown at 1500 – 2000 M.A.S.L in the Central highlands and undergoes a traditional Kenyan washed method. Pulping, controlled fermentation and thorough washing. As with all Kenyan coffee; the green is then sorted via screen size at the dry mills to guarantee the AB quality standard.  Kenya has strict laws around coffee grading; it is a legal requirement for all green coffee to be graded before being allowed to trade."
