Grown on the Indian Malabar coast and dried in the monsoon winds, this coffee is, in our opinion, one of the kings of coffee. Its big, smooth flavours and deep body make a superb espresso and absolutely delicious in your cafetière or filter £11.75/500g Good roasteries sometimes included Monsoon Malabar in blends to add depth and deep flavour to lighter beans. You'll find it in our Blend No2 and Blend No3.    The cherries are individually hand picked only when red and ripe, 'pulped' to remove the outer layers, then the seeds laid out under cover, and exposed to the very moist monsoon winds for three to four months."
