The Orkney Roastery - "Aria Sasando is a single estate coffee grown on the BayuKidul Estate in the heart of East Java at an altitude of 900 – 1200 metres. This medium dark roast coffee was Euan’s go to favourite for his morning brew. Following our musical theme Sasando is named after the traditional musical instrument from Indonesia played by plucking the strings with fingers. Sasando have been played since the 7th Century. Java is synonymous with coffee and our Sasando should show you why! Roasted just into second crack to reduce acidity and emphasize the full character of this excellent bean we hope you will agree that this is the perfect start to every day."
