The farm prides itself on its dedication to sustainability and has been awarded with both Rainforest Alliance and 4C certifications. The decaffeination process used, called ‘Mountain Water Process’ is an organic certified, non-chemical method which uses the crystal clear waters from the highest mountain in Mexico, the Pico de Orizaba, to carefully remove caffeine from the green beans."
