If there was ever a coffee you need to keep away from milk though, this is it.” This varietal is known for it’s floral notes, tea-like body and it’s complexity and this one has all that, in spades. In the cup, we get big sweet peach notes and huge jasmine florals as soon as we taste the coffee. The lemon acidity is sharp but clean and the lack of body is noticeable and intriguing. The tea-like body really highlights the complexity of the coffee and you might detect faint notes of butter and herbs."
