Located in the south west of the country, nestled amongst the Andes ranges, the elevation and climate makes for a wonderful and complex environment for coffee production. This EA decaf uses Ethyl Acetate (a by-product of sugar cane fermentation) steam and a water solution to gently remove the caffeine and is then steamed again to remove the solvent.
