Goose and Badger - "We named our house coffee "Farmhouse Espresso" after the beautiful location just outside of Bridport, Dorset where we are lucky enough to roast our coffee. It's also a nod to the comforting feeling we get, like wrapping your hands around a warm coffee cup and relaxing in your own home. Popayán is located in the Cauca department of Colombia, the topography of the region providing the perfect conditions for growing exceptional coffee. This latest offering for our farmhouse espresso is grown by approximately 65 producers who collaborate together and work with Cofinet to focus on quality and receive a premium of up to 20% above market price for their crop."
