Give a big applause, Paradise Mountain!  We've sourced this beauty from Papua New Guinea, and we couldn't be happier after securing a small batch of this in late 2024 - we've been vying to get this back to the roastery ever since.  Paradise Mountain is processed in a completely chemical free way, using the sugarcane process after it's initially processing at the Goroka Mill, in the eastern highlands of Papua New Guinea - made up from the small farms of various small-holders in the local region, all paying meticulous attention to detail in their small batches to bring together a larger quantity used for Decaffeination exclusively."
