Roasted Brown - "Lalesa Black Honey, our newest Ethiopian filter coffee. Bold, sweet and vibrant, when cupping this coffee reminded us of Malbec, Cream Soda & Violet. We love the intense, abundant bright fruit flavours and delicate aromatics that Ethiopian coffee is known for (especially their heirloom coffees). Heirloom coffees are indigenous varieties, grown with minimal intervention and are sought after for their rich flavours. In our Lalesa, they contrast beautifully with the character provided by the Black Honey fermentation process used after harvest."
