
Roasted Brown - "Our newest micro-lot filter is an anaerobic, naturally fermented Parainema that comes to us from Rosa Romero's "El Piñalito" family farmstead in Honduras. Having helped her father tend to the land and coffee trees in her youth, Rosa has an incomparable knowledge of the farm she has inherited. Along with this, she also picked up on and held onto her father's interest in naturally prepared coffees and the unique flavour profiles that came along with them. Since taking on responsibility for the land, Rosa and her own children still maintain the farm as well as keeping up to date with modern practices, ensuring both a high standard of coffee along with a deep connection to the plants they harvest. This coffee has been selected specifically by Ferg following an origin visit to meet with Rosa."
