The Coffee Factory - "This wet hulled lot comes from Gayo Linge Antara Cooperative; a farmer led organisation in Aceh Province, with over 984 members and 14 contributing villages. The coffee is cultivated at elevations ranging from 1200 to 1500 metres above sea level on Latosol soils, well known for supporting high quality Arabica cherries. Gayo Linge Antara Co-op apply good Agricultural Practices across all their farms; reusing coffee parchment as compost, ecosystem management and education programmes on farming practices to allow members to maximise yields and profits."
