
White Rose Coffee Roasters - "A very different espresso that is entwined with our buildings cattle market history- a blend of Brazillian and Colombian Arabicas and a hint of Vietnam Robusta roasted dark to Second crack to give a punchy espresso that will cut through milk drinks. In the cup look for a lemony character, hints of butter caramel and sweet orange. This dark roasted blend is taken just into second crack, it's dark but not oily and retains the full flavours of it's constituent origins. The perfect blend for traditional espresso machines and also bean to cup machines - this has become a firm favourite with many of our customers."
