Flat Cap Coffee - "Tropical • Juicy • Creamy Papaya • Black Grape • Kiwi • Yoghurt   A vibrant and fruit-forward Indonesian coffee grown on the volcanic slopes of the Ijen Plateau in East Java.   Java Kayumas is produced by members of the Koperasi Surya Abada Kayumas cooperative, a group of smallholder farmers from the neighbouring villages of Curah Tatal and Kayumas. Each farmer tends small plots of land, growing coffee under shade trees on rich volcanic soils at elevations between 900 and 1600 metres above sea level.    The cooperative brings together around 145 farmers, pooling resources to improve processing, sustainability and community infrastructure."
