Popayan Decaf - Colombia

This is really delicious decaf. Although decaf processing has come a long way in recent years, it's rare that we find coffee that has come through decaffeination unscathed. Perhaps it's because this coffee is specifically selected straight after harvesting for decaf, in another sign that producers are taking decaf more seriously.  In the cup, you'll find some delicious red apple acidity, smooth toffee sweetness and a milk chocolate finish."
